Tai Rosso is a native grape variety included in the DOC Colli Berici designation.
The calcareous and clay soils of our vineyards, located at an altitude of 300 meters, enable the production of grapes of exceptional quality.
On the nose, a pleasant freshness emerges, evoking hints of small red fruits and a note of rosehip, enriched by a delightful spicy finish.
On the palate, the fine tannin and slight salinity are harmoniously balanced by the wine’s smooth components.

The hand-harvested grapes are immediately destemmed and transferred into the barrels by gravity.
Subsequently, with the addition of the “pied de cuve” prepared from our grapes, fermentation occurs spontaneously and continues for approximately 10 days in vitrified concrete tanks, accompanied by daily pump-overs and punch-downs.
After racking and pressing, the wine was transferred and aged for over 18 months in vitrified concrete tanks and then bottled in our winery.
